From September 29 to October 1, the capital's Uzexpo Center hosted the international gastronomic festival and industry exhibition ZiraFest 2026. The event attracted gourmets, chefs, and hospitality industry leaders from across the region.
Over three days, the exhibition complex transformed into an extensive gastronomic space that combines elements of a city food celebration and a business venue for HoReCa specialists.
The festival offers visitors a large food court both outdoors and indoors. It features concepts from nearly fifty leading cafes, restaurants, and culinary projects. Guests can sample both traditional national cuisine in a modern interpretation and popular gastronomic trends from Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. The organizers emphasized that ZiraFest 2026 is a suitable event for all family members.
Parallel to the festive program, a major B2B exposition was held at ZiraFest 2026. This exhibition became an important meeting place for restaurateurs, hoteliers, investors, suppliers, and restaurant business experts from Central Asia. The exposition covered all aspects of modern restaurant and hotel business:
Food products and ingredients: this includes local novelties as well as premium imported goods, artisanal sauces, and semi-finished products.
Professional equipment: the latest technology for use in kitchens, bars, coffee shops, and bakeries is on display.
Interior and comfort: furniture for terraces and halls, designer textiles, and various solutions for serving and tableware are exhibited.
The exhibition-festival will continue until October 1, and thousands of lovers of quality cuisine and industry specialists are expected to attend over these three days.
