The development of a tourist complex named 'Vineyard Garden' on an area of 192 hectares is underway in the Asakinsky district of Andijan region. This project is valued at 51.8 billion soums and is expected to create 275 permanent and 200 seasonal jobs.
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited this complex, located in the 'Yangi Hayot' massif, to monitor its development progress. Currently, a family restaurant and various attractions are operational on the territory, and five yurts and four capsule houses have been installed. Additionally, coniferous and ornamental trees have been planted on 30 hectares.
A drip irrigation system is used for watering, and water collection is carried out in a reservoir with a capacity of 14 thousand cubic meters. It is planned that after all work is completed, the complex will be fully operational by the end of the current year and will be able to generate an annual income of 80 billion soums.
During his visit, the president also inspected the gastronomic tourism street located in the Urikzor mahalla of Andijan city.
