Mirziyoyev reviewed plans for Uzbekistan's oil and gas industry preparation for the autumn-winter season

Fuel Supply and Reserves

The issue of supplying the population and social facilities with liquefied gas was also considered. During the autumn-winter period, the supply of 325.7 thousand tons of liquefied gas is planned, of which 8.2 thousand tons are intended for 104.7 thousand consumers in 229 hard-to-reach settlements. Simultaneously, measures are being taken to accumulate fuel reserves: for the December-January period, a reserve of 120 thousand tons of automotive gasoline is planned, and thermal power plants are projected to receive 4 million 161 thousand tons of coal for the heating season.

Enterprise Operations and Control

To maintain technological stability at the facilities of the 'Uzbekneftegaz' system, the repair of 90 technological units is planned, which will ensure the continuous operation of production capacities and stable supply to all consumers. It was stressed that preparatory measures must cover not only the oil and gas sphere but also integrate with the energy and utility sectors. In this regard, it was ordered to establish republican and territorial commissions for constant monitoring and coordination of the preparation process for winter, and responsible persons were instructed to ensure strict supervision over the execution of all set tasks and timely delivery of fuel.
