A major political scandal has emerged in Paraguay after the digital bank 'Ueno' experienced a failure, leading to the freezing of approximately three million clients' accounts.
As a result of this incident, the opposition presented an indictment to parliament with the aim of initiating impeachment proceedings against President Santiago Pení.
