The company, managed by FSN E-Commerce Ventures, recorded operating revenue of ₹3,006 crore, which is a 28% year-on-year increase. The beauty segment remained the main driver of the business, with its Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) reaching ₹4,454 crore.

Falguni Nayar, Executive Chairperson, Founder, and CEO of Nykaa, noted that the results of this quarter demonstrate the strength of the Nykaa ecosystem, where each business contributes to growth and productivity. She added that the company continues to improve operational efficiency, especially in marketing and overhead expenses. Meanwhile, the Beauty and Fashion segments are showing accelerated growth, while House of Nykaa and Wellness open up significant prospects for long-term development.

Nykaa also announced the acquisition of an 82% controlling stake in the cosmetic brand Simply Nam, founded in 2020 by renowned makeup artist Namrata Soni in collaboration with Bozzil, a venture studio led by Hanna Strömgren Khan. This acquisition is intended to help Nykaa expand its portfolio of premium cosmetics.

The company also highlighted the development of its quick delivery vertical, NYKAA Now, which guarantees delivery within 30–60 minutes. Launched in 2025, this service is available in 15 cities, and the company plans to increase this number to 25 by the end of the 2027 fiscal year. Nykaa reported that this vertical offers over 1,000 established brands and twice the depth of beauty and personal hygiene product catalogs compared to traditional quick commerce platforms. The wider assortment reportedly leads to an average transaction value three times higher than typical quick commerce purchases.

Overall, the company has expanded its presence in beauty retail to 338 stores across 111 cities.
