Brookfield India Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), the only institutionally managed REIT in India, reported a 51% year-on-year increase in net operating income (NOI). For the first quarter of the fiscal year 2026-27 (Q1 FY27), the REIT reached ₹767.2 crore.
This growth is attributed to a strong leasing pace and a stable asset portfolio. In a statement on Monday, the company noted that Global Capability Centers (GCCs) accounted for 51% of the total leasing volume.
