Uzbek startup Delever raises $380,000 in investment round

The Uzbek startup Delever, which develops a B2B SaaS platform for managing orders and deliveries for restaurants and retailers, has successfully raised $380,000 in an investment round.

The venture fund AloqaVentures led this round, investing $300,000, while Nexus Club added another $80,000. This investment is the second participation by AloqaVentures in the company; the fund previously invested in Delever in 2024.

Davron Parmonov, a partner at AloqaVentures and Nexus Angel Club, stated that the fund's initial investment was $100,000 during the pre-seed stage. According to Parmonov, the team quickly reached the break-even point and demonstrated growth in seven countries. The fund is now making additional follow-on investments because Delever intends to capture these markets and scale actively. He noted that the team is capable of both developing and selling its product.

The Delever platform integrates all necessary tools for businesses providing delivery services. These tools include order acceptance across all sales channels, integration with delivery aggregators and point-of-sale systems, as well as delivery and courier management.

Currently, the platform is used by over 1,400 restaurants and stores in seven countries, primarily in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. The company plans to use the raised funds for further product development, expanding functionality, and entering new markets.

Co-founder and CEO of Delever, Fakriddin Yusupov, emphasized that restaurants offering delivery do not need numerous separate services, but rather a single integrated system. He also added that AloqaVentures' decision to reinvest was more significant for the company than the amount itself, as the fund had prior knowledge of the business before allocating additional capital.

Delever positions its platform as an operating system for restaurants and retailers with delivery services, consolidating sales channels, orders, aggregators, and delivery management into one interface. The company is registered in IT Park Uzbekistan and participates in Astana Hub, while Delever Ltd. is registered in the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) in Kazakhstan.

Sammaan Capital shareholder increases stake to 33.32% after warrant conversion

The shareholder Sammaan Capital, company Avenir Investment RSC Ltd, has increased its stake in the company to 33.32%, up from the previous 28.34%. This occurred after warrants worth approximately 906 crore rupees were converted into common shares, according to regulatory filings submitted on Friday.

The company's Securities and Investment Committee approved the allocation of 8.69 crore fully paid ordinary shares of Avenir at an issue price of 139 rupees per share on October 30. This decision was made after payment of the remaining 75 percent of the subscription amount for the warrants.

Previously, the shareholder was allocated 8.69 crore warrants dated March 31, 2026, as part of a preferential placement based on private placement. Each warrant granted the right to purchase one fully paid ordinary share with a nominal value of 2 rupees.

Following the completion of the conversion, Avenir continues to hold 21.98 crore warrants, which can be exercised in one or more tranches until or by September 30, 2027. Healthtech Startup Cent Raises $15 Million in Series A Round

Healthtech startup Cent has successfully closed a $15 million funding round in Series A. The funds were secured through a combination of debt and equity capital, with Blume Ventures and existing investor South Park Commons leading the investment.

Private investors also participated in the round, including Arun Sarin, former CEO of Vodafone; Srinivas Narayanan, former CTO (B2B) of OpenAI; and Sharath Narayana, Krishna Sridhar, and Aprameya Radhakrishna.

Cent plans to use the raised capital to advance its research and development activities, as well as to expand its teams in artificial intelligence, engineering, and clinical trials.

Cent was founded in 2025 by Shashank ND, Arpit Garg, and Anshul Khandelwal and is positioned as a company focused on preventive medical intelligence. Notably, Shashank ND is the founder of Practo, Anshul Khandelwal previously served as Marketing Director at Ola Electric, and Arpit Garg worked as Head of Product at Lenskart.

Cent is building a vertically integrated preventive healthcare platform that combines specialized hardware, AI-based radiology and diagnostics, and bioinformatics. The startup claims that this platform is capable of detecting diseases long before any symptoms appear.

Furthermore, Cent acquired Medsee—an AI-powered radiology reporting platform developed by Chitra Singh for qualified medical professionals. This platform generates structured reports and highlights detected findings for radiologists to review, enabling Cent to provide faster and more consistent reporting as scan volumes increase.

Anshul Khandelwal, co-founder of Cent, stated: 'The Indian healthcare system is still built on treating diseases rather than early detection. We believe the next step is preventive care, which is precise and scalable. These investments will allow us to delve deeper into AI, medical imaging, and clinical trials, and to build a preventive health infrastructure in India that can serve the world.'

According to Cent, since its inception, the company has conducted 10,000 full-body preventive scans in the cities of Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi. The company's goal is to reach 10 million scans by 2035.

Karthik Reddy, co-founder and managing partner at Blume Ventures, noted: 'We believe in Cent's vision of spreading this concept from India to the world over time, which aligns with our belief in medical technology over the past decade.'

Coast raises $35 million to expand AI-powered financial platform

Coast has secured $35 million in new equity funding to scale its financial platform designed for companies operating in the 'physical economy.' Thomvest Ventures led the funding round.

Existing investors participated in the round, including ICONIQ Growth, Accel, Insight Partners, Better Tomorrow Ventures, Avid Ventures, Vintage Investment Partners, Colle Capital, Synchrony, RXR, and The Fintech Fund. The New York-based fintech company announced plans to use the capital to grow its customer base.

The funds will be directed towards developing AI-driven expense automation, as well as expanding Bill Pay and Accounts Payable offerings. These steps support Coast's goal of becoming a more comprehensive financial operating system.

Founder and CEO Daniel Simon noted that many service-sector businesses still lack financial tools tailored to their specific operations. Companies in the physical economy often manage expenses related to employees, job sites, suppliers, and vehicles, but standard banking products and corporate cards rarely provide the necessary level of control for such transactions.

Furthermore, there is a growing need for skilled tradespeople. For instance, data shows that HVAC engineer vacancies have increased by nearly 78% since 2022, and demand for electricians, welders, and construction specialists has risen by 30%. Coast initially started by issuing fuel cards for business parks.

Over time, the company expanded its services to include corporate cards, expense management, and supplier payments. Its platform serves industries such as construction, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, pest control, solar energy, oil and gas, utilities, and others, and it can integrate with accounting systems.

The new funding will be used for investments in AI-powered expense automation. Coast will also expand its Bill Pay and Accounts Payable features to collect supplier invoices concurrently with card transactions, giving business owners a more complete view of expenses.

Financial teams will be able to use a single platform to manage employee expenses, supplier invoices, and accounting processes. Coast collaborates with companies providing fleet and field service management technologies. Through integrations with Samsara and Fleetio, operators can track vehicle locations, driver IDs, and odometer readings. This data helps identify unusual purchases; for example, the system can flag fuel transactions that do not match the vehicle's location. Operators can also deactivate cards without leaving the existing fleet management software, and the company directs drivers toward more efficient purchasing options.

This latest funding allows Coast to extend its offering beyond just fuel and parking payments. The planned products aim to consolidate procurement, supplier payments, expense control, and accounting workflows. The company did not disclose its valuation in the announcement.

Participation from Intuit Ventures may also help strengthen ties with financial software used by small businesses. Coast's integration strategy focuses on embedding within existing operational systems rather than requiring customers to replace them. Competition remains a significant challenge. While Coast's focus on field operations gives it a clear market, sustained growth will depend on the adoption and execution of its plans. The newest funding will help determine the pace of customer base expansion and delivery of planned products.
