Demand for branded residential projects is growing in Gurugram's luxury real estate market. Developer Signature Global, in collaboration with the Italian lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini, has announced the complete sell-out of all units in Phase One of its Tonino Lamborghini Residence project.
The company stated that the second phase of this project will soon commence, which will include a number of residential units comparable to the first phase. The project is being developed in Sector 71 of Gurugram, on the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR).
Together, both phases will offer 812 premium residences spread across an area of approximately 12.40 acres. Residents will have access to apartment options with layouts of 3, 4, and 4.5 bedrooms.
This project, representing the Italian luxury lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini, marks the brand's entry into the Indian residential real estate market. It combines the brand's Italian design style with Signature Global's development expertise.
This development is part of SG SPR Estate, an integrated complex where residential, commercial, and entertainment zones are created simultaneously. The company aims to create homes that emphasize design and privacy alongside modern amenities.
The project includes the construction of five towers, each 41 stories high. Four residences are planned for each core, ensuring enhanced privacy for residents. A 'vertical village' concept is employed, which provides significant greenery and open spaces even within tall buildings. Furthermore, a 'social belt' concept will be used to develop common areas that encourage interaction among residents.
The project has received a Platinum rating from the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), indicating the highest level of 'green building' certification.
A team of international experts was involved in the design. Angela Krieger, Creative Director of Tonino Lamborghini Total Living, leads the international design team for the project. Handel Architects from New York serves as the chief architect, while Carlos Rossi is responsible for the interior design.
Tonino Lamborghini, founder and chairman of Tonino Lamborghini S.p.A., expressed satisfaction with the complete sale of all Phase One units, calling it recognition of his design vision. The company aims to offer the Indian market a unique experience of Italian lifestyle.
According to Pradip Kumar Agrawal, founder and chairman of Signature Global (India) Ltd., the positive response to the first phase indicates a growing interest in homes with global design and luxury amenities. He noted that branded residences are becoming a key segment of elite real estate.
Citing a Savills report, he mentioned that around 25 ultra-luxury branded residential projects are expected to be completed in India by 2032. According to this report, India is also among the top ten global markets for branded residential real estate.
