The 16th edition of the São Paulo Sustainable Turn is scheduled to take place between November 5 and 8, featuring attractions spread throughout the city of São Paulo. This event, recognized as the largest sustainability festival in Latin America, offers free programming.
Although the schedule is decentralized, there will be a central meeting point at the Centro Cultural São Paulo (CCSP), located in Liberdade. The Sustainable Turn Forum will be held there on November 5 and 6, along with other important cultural activities.
Throughout the event period, Unified Educational Centers (CEUs), Basic Health Units (UBSs), and Culture Factories will also host cultural activities, serving as spaces for dialogue and articulation between civil society, the public sector, and the private sector.
A future highlight, planned for 2026, is the inclusion of a section dedicated to mental health, with moments focused on self-knowledge and well-being.
Since its start in São Paulo in 2011, the Sustainable Turn has reached 15 Brazilian municipalities, totaling over 60 editions in its various locations.
All days of the festival will include practical workshops and artistic exhibitions, in addition to film screening sessions, resulting from a collaboration between the organization and the Cine na Praça project.
Highlight at CCSP
At the Centro Cultural São Paulo, there is a free concert scheduled for the evening of November 5, presented by the Bahian artist Mãeana. The singer and composer, considered an exponent of contemporary MPB, will bring to São Paulo the show titled "Mãeana canta JG." This show presents an unusual fusion between bossa nova and piseiro, known as "pisa nova," by placing hits by João Gilberto and João Gomes side by side, something that was successfully done at the Rio Turn in 2025.
In summary, the 16th São Paulo Sustainable Turn will take place from November 5 to 8. Much of the programming will be held at the Centro Cultural São Paulo – CCSP (located at Rua Vergueiro, 1000, in Liberdade), complemented by decentralized activities at CEUs, UBSs, and Culture Factories spread across the city.
