The Regional Federal Court of the 3rd Region (TRF3) released the public notice for a competitive examination aimed at filling permanent positions both within the court itself and in the Judicial Sections located in São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul. The initial salaries offered can reach R$ 20 thousand, and the objective and essay test stages have been scheduled for January 31, 2027.
In the state of Mato Grosso do Sul (MS), evaluations will take place in the cities of Campo Grande and Dourados. According to the notice, there are vacancies available for the positions of judicial analyst and judicial technician, covering various areas of operation. There are 11 vacancies designated for immediate hiring, in addition to a reserve list.
Interested parties must register through the Vunesp Foundation portal between 10 am on November 4 and 11:59 pm on November 23, 2026.
Details about positions and remuneration
For the position of judicial analyst, there are opportunities in the judicial area (without requiring specialization) and for federal evaluator judicial officer. Additionally, there are vacancies in information technology support and information systems analysis. The specific starting salary for federal evaluator judicial officer is R$ 20,013.11, while the remuneration for other judicial analyst positions is set at R$ 16,040.87.
Regarding the judicial technician position, vacancies are available in accounting, information systems development, technical support, and information technology. The initial remuneration expected for this position is R$ 9,776.73.
Vacancy reserve and schedule
This competition provides for reserved quotas for specific groups: 5% of the vacancies are reserved for people with disabilities, 25% for Black candidates, 3% for indigenous people, and 2% for quilombolas. These percentages will be applied to vacancies that arise or are created within the validity period of the selection process, following federal legislation and the guidelines of the National Council of Justice (CNJ).
The objective and essay tests are scheduled for January 31, 2027. The answer key and questions for the objective test will be published on the second business day following the exams. Subsequent phases of the competition will be communicated in both the Official Gazette of the Union (DOU) and the Vunesp Foundation website.
The validity of the competition will be two years from the approval of the final result, and it may be extended for another identical period, depending on the decision of TRF3.
