SAMANA Developers has announced the launch of its new premium real estate brand—SAMANA COLLECTA. This move marks the next stage of the company's growth and its entry into the lifestyle-oriented elite construction segment.
The company, which is already among the top ten developers in Dubai and has completed 54 projects solely in Dubai, is now creating a specialized platform for a more selective portfolio of projects. These projects feature unique locations, advanced design, collaboration with international brands, and a carefully curated living experience.
The philosophy of SAMANA COLLECTA is based on the principle of 'life first'—the selection of locations is determined not just by the address, but by the quality of life they can provide. The company plans to develop this brand through a series of properties in both Dubai and international markets.
The first flagship project will be located on The World Islands and is estimated to be worth over 4 billion dirhams. It will include 840 branded residences, seven floating villas, and two tree villas. The project aims to offer a new format for one of Dubai's most recognizable coastal areas—an island designed as a year-round living destination.
Imran Farooq, CEO of SAMANA Developers, noted that the company's initial phase was about proving its ability to scale, compete, and establish itself among Dubai's leaders. SAMANA COLLECTA represents the next step, where the company applies the acquired experience to the premium segment with closer attention to location, design, experience, and people's lifestyle.
Farooq emphasized that he considers The World Islands one of Dubai's outstanding coastal zones. Now there is an opportunity to make island life suitable for daily existence, not just visits, transforming it into a true home. He added that as Dubai rapidly develops, the expectations of residents, families, entrepreneurs, and professionals are growing, and the company aims to create a place that meets these changes while remaining closely connected to the city.
COLLECTA's ambitions extend beyond a single development. Dubai will serve as the launchpad for the brand, after which the concept will be extended to international destinations.
Development on The World Islands is planned for year-round living, combining privacy and water access with the services, amenities, and connectivity expected of a primary residence. The island features several beaches, a lagoon, pools, a beach club, water sports facilities, spas, indoor and outdoor gyms, co-working spaces, and a dedicated guest reception center, as well as daily retail and services to support residents' routine needs. Key residential amenities and services are planned to be operational from the first handover phase.
Gastronomy will play a significant part of this venture; several restaurant concepts are planned, including a signature floating Italian restaurant developed in partnership with a Michelin-recognized partner. Regular yacht shuttle services between the island and mainland Dubai are also planned every 30 minutes, with docking points to be announced closer to the launch.
The combination of regular transport, co-working spaces, high-speed internet, and daily services is also aimed at reflecting changing work models, allowing more entrepreneurs and professionals to live and work with greater flexibility. For SAMANA, this confirms the potential for island life to become part of daily routine, rather than just a fleeting experience.
The residential complex will include studios, as well as homes with one, two, three, and four bedrooms, alongside floating and tree villas. All residences are designed with sea views, and their layouts are created for maximum visual contact with the water through enlarged sightlines, extensive glazing, and thoughtful spatial planning.
Landscape design in the Italian style will be spread across the entire island, and the residences themselves are being created in collaboration with a world-renowned Italian luxury brand known for its design heritage, craftsmanship, and distinctive modern style. The identity of this partner brand will be announced separately.
With an expected starting price for residences below 2 million dirhams, SAMANA intends to offer a wider range of entry points into elite island living, broadening the appeal of the destination while maintaining its premium positioning, services, and amenities.
For SAMANA, this project also signifies a broader evolution in its development strategy—a shift from individual residential buildings to complete places to live. The company sees The World Islands as an opportunity to apply this approach to one of Dubai's last major coastal frontiers: preserving the privacy and character of island life while integrating the infrastructure, services, and connectivity necessary for it to become a genuine residential address.
The development on The World Islands will be the first in the broader portfolio of projects planned under SAMANA COLLECTA. After establishing the brand in Dubai, the company plans to explore selected international destinations in lifestyle and coastal real estate as part of its next phase of growth.
