A female voter passed away on Sunday morning, the 25th, after feeling unwell at the Faetec unit, located in the Santo Agostinho neighborhood of Volta Redonda.
Electoral Justice volunteers present at the scene informed the reporting team that the woman was accompanied by her husband when she started to feel indisposed.
Medical assistance was requested; however, due to the worsening of the elderly woman's health condition and the delay in aid arrival, one of the volunteers decided to transport her in a private vehicle to the Urgent Care Unit (UPA).
The Santo Agostinho Urgent Care Unit (UPA) confirmed the patient's death after her arrival at the facility. The victim's identity and age have not yet been disclosed.
