A woman from the Hammam district of Telangana has died in America. On Friday, she passed away from a heart attack in Albany, New York. Her family reported that she suddenly fell while walking and was declared dead at the hospital.
The woman, whose name was identified as 25-year-old Nallamala Akshita, is being sent back to India. She was the daughter of Nallamala Anand, who is associated with the Hammam Chamber of Commerce. Akshita came to America to continue her studies and recently completed her Master of Science degree. According to her family, she had also found a job and was preparing to start it.
The family stated that one night, after dinner, Akshita was walking outside. At that moment, she suddenly collapsed. Her brother Akshay and other people immediately took her to the hospital, but doctors pronounced her dead.
Akshita's death has caused a wave of grief in the family. An atmosphere of sorrow prevails among her relatives and acquaintances living in the Mamta Road area. Representatives of the business community and local leaders have expressed their condolences to the family. Family members are organizing the transport of Akshita's body to India for funeral rites.
