To participate in the selection process, previous experience is not required; basic criteria include being at least 18 years old and having completed high school. The company is preparing for this period of greater commercial activity.
Flávio Lopes, Vice President of People & Management at Americanas, highlighted the importance of Black Friday for the retail sector, stating that stores play a central role in this event. He also mentioned the company's pride in serving as an access point to the job market, providing first employment or professional reinsertion opportunities to many Brazilians.
The available positions are for the role of Store Operator (temporary), requiring only a complete high school education and meeting the minimum age requirement of 18 years, without the need for prior experience. Benefits offered include meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, life insurance, and access to the corporate education platform called Americanas Educa.
