Participants of the Child Well-being Summit visited a thematic exhibition

In Tashkent, Uzbekistan, the head of the Board of Trustees of the Zamin Foundation, together with guests of the World Summit 'Investing in Child Well-being: A Path to Sustainable and Equitable Development for Future Generations,' viewed a special exhibition dedicated to children.

The exhibition traced the life path of a child, starting even before birth, with an emphasis on caring for the future mother. Subsequently, the exposition followed the child through safe childbirth, first steps, kindergarten, school, and the adaptation process, concluding with career choice and entry into the labor market.

Visitors were able to see how the basic needs of a child are supported by the constant responsibility of the state and society. The organizers defined these needs as a sense of security, closeness to family, opportunities for learning and communication, as well as freedom to choose their future.

Furthermore, the exhibition emphasized that legislative acts and reforms in the fields of healthcare, social protection, and education must open new prospects for children. At the end of the visit, the guests gathered around a large paper boat on which they wrote their wishes. This boat symbolized shared hopes sailing together.
