Chapter Home raised 63 million rupees through a deal involving equity and debt capital

Chapter Home, a company specializing in home and kitchen goods, has raised 63 crore rupees through a combination of equity and debt financing. The company's valuation reached nearly 1000 crore rupees. Participants in the round included Bessemer Venture Partners, Stride Ventures, influencer Tanmay Bhat, as well as several family offices.

According to an official statement, the funds raised will be used to strengthen product development, enter new categories, invest in technology and brand building, and scale the omnichannel distribution network, including physical points of sale currently under development.

Chapter Home was founded in 2025 by individuals such as Nitin Chugh, Akarsh Bharadwaj, Shrey Mittal, Dhiraj Jain, and Dheeraj Goyal. The company operates as an omnichannel platform focused on creating consumer brands in the home and kitchen goods segment. The product assortment includes bedding and tableware, crockery, home decor items, and small kitchen appliances. It is worth noting that the founders previously worked in creation and leadership teams at PharmEasy.

The company's entry into the home goods market was made through the online brand HOKIPO, which offers home decoration products. Nitin Chugh, co-founder of Chapter Home, noted that consumers are increasingly looking for products with superior design, proven quality, high functionality, and an excellent overall experience both online and in stores. He added that the company sees significant potential to meet these needs by creating specialized brands for each category in the 'Home and Kitchen' segment.

Chapter Home utilizes artificial intelligence in all aspects of its business: from cataloging and content creation to demand forecasting, assortment planning, customer targeting, and retention. This allows each brand to enter the market faster and at a lower cost. Chapter Home's goal is to combine strong product development, procurement, and brand building with omnichannel distribution through marketplaces and quick shopping platforms, its own D2C channel, and offline retail.

Anant Vidur Puri, Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, emphasized that Chapter Home's approach to creating specialized brands for every part of the home based on a common technological, procurement, and distribution infrastructure aligns with the realities of this market.

DailyObjects raised 332 crore rupees in Series C funding round

The design-led lifestyle-tech brand DailyObjects successfully raised 332 crore rupees in its Series C funding round. The leaders of this round were Xponentia Capital Partners, Anicut Capital, and Axiom Asia Private Capital.

This funding round comprised a combination of primary and secondary transactions, which boosted DailyObjects' valuation to 1,050 crore rupees. The company announced that Roots Ventures, one of the early investors, is partially exiting the project, realizing an 18x return on investment, while retaining its shareholder status alongside 360 One Asset and Trifecta Capital.

The company was founded in 2012 by Pankaj Garg and Saurav Adlakha. The raised funds are planned to be used for expanding retail presence, deepening product and R&D capabilities, strengthening the brand, and exploring opportunities for international market entry.

Over the next five years, the company intends to open 150 exclusive flagship stores across India. The main focus will be on building a profitable physical retail network, improving the product discovery process, and bringing the brand closer to consumers in key regions.

Pankaj Garg, co-founder and CEO of DailyObjects, stated: 'Over the years, we have built DailyObjects, remaining steadfastly focused on design, product quality, and disciplined capital deployment. As we scale, capital efficiency and profitable growth will remain at the core of our development approach.'

Furthermore, DailyObjects plans to strengthen its presence in existing product categories through investments in new product lines, design, materials, quality, and research and development. The company is considering opportunities for expansion into foreign markets, as its broader goal is to build a global consumer brand rooted in Indian design.

P Srinivas, Managing Partner at Xponentia Capital Partners, commented: 'DailyObjects has created a distinctive brand in a market where products were traditionally functional but not inspiring, and competition primarily focused on cost. What impressed us most was Pankaj and Saurav's commitment to delighting customers with both superior design and functional quality.'
