Neighbors managed to save a three-year-old girl who was about to fall from the 12th-floor window of a building located in Zhangping, China. The child was home alone at the time of the incident.
According to the South China Mourning Post, the girl was spotted hanging from the window of an apartment on the twelfth floor. Upon noticing the situation, neighbors acted immediately to assist the child.
Videos shared on the social network X show two men leaning on the window ledge, using a stool to hold the girl.
Chinese media reported that the three-year-old child managed to get out of the window before her head got stuck in the safety bars, with the rest of her body remaining suspended.
The Beijing reported that the incident happened last Saturday at 07:48. Residents became aware of the danger after starting to share photos in a messaging group.
Subsequently, firefighters were called and managed to safely remove the child after breaking down the apartment door. Although the girl sustained no injuries, she was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
