Ultra-luxury villa project worth from 9.5 crore rupees being built near Shimla

Near the renowned hill station of Shimla in Himachal Pradesh state, there will be an opportunity to acquire a home in an ultra-luxury villa. The company House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has launched a premium villa project named 'The Ridge' in Mashobra.

The initial cost of villas with three and four bedrooms is set at 9.5 crore rupees. This project, spanning about 11.5 hectares, has been designed to meet the needs of affluent buyers who wish to have a private home amidst the mountains.

According to a report by Hindustan Times, 'The Ridge' is located in Mashobra, approximately 10 kilometers from Shimla. Construction is taking place at an altitude of about 7,000 feet above sea level. The developer claims that from this location, there is a view of the Garhsi valley, and nearby are coniferous forests covering 950 hectares.

The project will feature a limited number of villas with 3 and 4 bedroom layouts. The company positions these homes not merely as vacation spots but as residences where families can live long-term, emphasizing the natural environment, health, tranquility, and high quality of life.

Within 'The Ridge', a clubhouse spanning over 25,000 square feet will be constructed. It will be equipped with amenities such as an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, and a restaurant. Additionally, there are designated areas for bonfire relaxation, a viewpoint for admiring mountain landscapes, indoor sports facilities, and specialized wellness areas.

The project also includes fruit orchards, walking trails, and open spaces for yoga and meditation. The goal of these facilities is to ensure residents enjoy a comfortable lifestyle in close proximity to nature.

The company has partnered with Avavo Wellness to provide wellness services. As part of this collaboration, procedures such as cryotherapy, red light therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which focus on recovery and well-being, are planned.

Villa management, private dining, and organization of special experiences in the Himalayan region will be handled by Everly Hotels and Resorts. However, the company has not yet specified whether the costs for these wellness services are included in the villa price or if they are paid separately. Information regarding monthly or annual fees for maintenance, hospitality, and villa management was also not provided.

According to the Chairman of House of Abhinandan Lodha, Abhinanda Lodha, the project's objective is to provide the best lifestyle for individuals who have spent years building businesses and accumulating capital. He emphasized that the company focuses on delivering the best experience to its clients, as when people spend a lot of time creating their assets and businesses, their priority becomes how they want to live their lives.

Considering the complexities of construction in mountainous terrain, IIT Roorkee participated in the project plan development. The developer stated that micro-pile foundations and modern computational models will be used during construction.

Key advantages of this project include the natural beauty of Mashobra, the coniferous forests, and proximity to Shimla. Residents will have access to Shimla's amenities while remaining away from more congested urban areas. The company sells real estate through digital channels, and its client base exceeds 8,500 people, with over 65 percent being senior corporate executives.
