Tom Holland Expands Role in Production of Thriller 'Penthouse'

Hollywood actor Tom Holland is beginning to expand his involvement in the Hollywood industry, moving beyond acting. In connection with the upcoming thriller 'Penthouse,' Holland will serve as an executive and producer for the project on behalf of the company Billy17.

He will be involved in producing the film alongside his production partners, Harry Holland and Will Sout. These three founded and launched the production company Billy17 in 2024.

The initial concept for this project was developed by Drew Pearce, who will also take on the roles of screenwriter and co-producer. However, the plot, cast, and release date of the film have not yet been announced.

Before founding his production company, Holland served as an executive producer on the films 'Uncharted' (2022), where he played Nathan Drake, and 'The Crowded Room' (2023), where his role was Danny Sullivan.

When Holland launched Billy17 in December 2024, he noted that he had long dreamed of transitioning into a producer role. Later, his company entered into a production agreement with Sony Pictures, which allowed it to develop projects for the studio.

Prior to the announcement of 'Penthouse,' the company was already working on a film titled 'Burnt,' in which Holland will also star and act as a producer. These production deals provide Holland with more opportunities to participate in projects and showcase himself outside of his most famous role as Peter Parker/Spider-Man in Marvel Studios.

Furthermore, the producer role does not mean that Holland intends to abandon acting; on the contrary, he aims to develop both areas of activity.
