Replenishment Concert moves to Johannesburg for fifth edition featuring Everton Mlalazi

International gospel star Everton Mlalazi will travel to Johannesburg to participate in the fifth annual Replenishment Concert on October 31. He will join a lineup of South Africa's biggest gospel performers.

The Zimbabwean singer and songwriter will be one of the headliners performing at the Sandown High Top Field stadium in Sandton. The event promises to be a day of praise, worship, and celebration.

The concert, now in its fifth year, begins a new chapter as it moves from its previous venue at SuperSport Park in Centurion to Johannesburg for the first time.

For Mlalazi, this event provides another opportunity to connect with the South African audience through vocal music that has gained recognition across the continent. This award-winning vocalist began his journey through The Vine Music Ministry, which he founded in 2014, before establishing himself as a solo artist.

Since then, he has collaborated with renowned names in African gospel and gained popularity through his 'In the Presence' series. His musical approach focuses on creating an atmosphere of sincere worship, making him a suitable participant for a concert dedicated to spiritual renewal.

Tbo Touch promises a grander Replenishment Concert

With only a few days left until the event, organizer Tbo Touch stated that the current edition promises to be unforgettable for gospel music lovers. He told IOL: 'There are only a few days left. Let us all praise and worship the Lord on October 31. Just when you think we are done. It is becoming bigger and more special with the participation of world-renowned Judith Sephuma, performing at the Replenishment Concert for the first time.'

Touch also emphasized the significance of Mlalazi's participation as one of the main reasons to attend the concert this year. He noted: 'I am absolutely sure that gospel fans will not want to miss the performance of Everton Mlalazi, who is an international artist at this year's concert, we are getting bigger and bigger.'

Mlalazi will share the stage with an impressive lineup of gospel artists, including Judith Sephuma, Kabelo Mabalane, Joyous Celebration, Xolly Mncwango, Dr. Thumi, Notando Khlofe, Mmatemu, Sbu Noah, Jambo, The Jesus Collective, and Khaya Mtethwa, among others. Sephuma and Mabalane are notable additions to the program, complementing an already strong roster of recognized and contemporary gospel voices.

Replenishment Concert begins a new chapter

The Replenishment Concert, launched in 2022, was created to unite faith, music, and family through a shared experience of praise and worship. After four editions at SuperSport Park, the move to Sandton marks a significant change for the event as it continues to expand its influence.

Mlalazi's presence also gives the fifth edition an international flavor; the singer is known for music that aims to engage listeners in worship rather than just entertaining the audience. With a combination of beloved gospel hits, renowned vocalists, and an international performer, organizers hope to make this concert one of the most memorable.

Replenishment Concert 2026 will take place on Saturday, October 31, at Sandown High Top Field, at the corner of Rivonia and Grayston Drive, Sandton. Gates open at 11:00 AM, and the program runs from noon until 11:00 PM. The event is advertised as a family day of gospel music, worship, and entertainment.
