The Governor of the Fergana Region, Khayrullo Bozorov, held a meeting with representatives of Chinese companies to discuss two potential investment projects. These projects concern the construction and reconstruction of modern sports facilities, as well as the implementation of smart water resource management technologies in agriculture.
According to the regional administration's press service, following the meeting, the parties reached an agreement on further developing the proposals and moving towards their practical implementation.
Chen Ning Ge, a representative of Jiangsu Chenhui Construction Co., Ltd., presented proposals for the previously discussed project on building and upgrading sports infrastructure. The company's employees described their approach to developing sports infrastructure, which complies with international standards while taking into account national architectural traditions and values. Bozorov expressed his support for this initiative.
The second project was presented by Wei Qin, head of Jintian Industrial Development Group. It involves implementing smart water usage technologies and increasing water use efficiency in the agricultural sector. The proposed solutions aim to improve water consumption control, reduce the impact of human factors, and increase operational efficiency.
A pilot project is planned within this framework to demonstrate its capabilities in practice, as well as to create the necessary equipment. Participants agreed to review both projects in detail and continue cooperation regarding sports infrastructure and rational use of water resources.
