Many strive for their face to remain clear of spots and shine like glass or silver. For this, people often spend large sums of money on expensive salon procedures such as facials, skin lightening, and the use of chemical agents. However, there is a secret to achieving this 'glass' look that Korean women use, and it is hidden right in your kitchen.
It is enough to mix rice flour, raw milk, and a little honey to create a remedy that acts as a natural exfoliant and lightening agent. It helps cleanse the skin from stubborn tanning, pigmentation, and dead cells, improving the skin's condition from within. Below is the simplest instruction for preparing and applying this mask.
Ingredients
The following ingredients are needed for preparation: 2 tablespoons of finely ground rice flour, 2–3 tablespoons of raw milk, 1 teaspoon of pure honey, and 1/2 teaspoon of rose water (optional).
Correct method of preparation and application
Take 2 tablespoons of rice flour into a bowl. Add raw milk and honey, mixing thoroughly until a smooth and thick paste is obtained. Before applying the mask, the face should be cleansed with plain water or rose water to remove dust and dirt.
Apply the prepared mask evenly to the entire face and neck using a brush or fingers. Leave the mask on the face for 15–20 minutes to allow the nutrients from the rice flour and milk to penetrate the skin. When the mask begins to dry slightly, take a little water or rose water in your hands and gently massage the face in circular motions for 2 minutes. This will help easily remove dead cells and blackheads.
Afterward, rinse the face with fresh water and gently pat it dry. After the first application, the skin should feel soft and shine like silver.
