ixigo (Le Travenues Technology Limited) announced consolidated net profit of 63.42 crore rupees for the September quarter. This financial result was achieved through the partial sale of a stake in Freshbus, an intercity electric bus operator and an intelligent mobility startup, as well as significant growth in the hotel booking segment.
According to regulatory filings, in the same period last fiscal year (July-September), the travel and ticket booking platform recorded a net loss of 3.46 crore rupees.
ixigo reported that the hotel business became the fastest-growing line by Gross Transaction Value (GTV), reaching 111.34 crore rupees, which represents a 159 percent increase compared to the previous year. This was also the first time ixigo presented hotels as a separate business line.
In the second quarter of 2026-27, ixigo's operating revenue increased to 320.96 crore rupees compared to 284.23 crore rupees the year before. Meanwhile, total expenses rose to 309.51 crore rupees from 291.89 crore rupees.
In a joint statement, ixigo executives—Group CEO Aloke Bajpai, Group CEO Rajnish Kumar, and Group CFO Saurabh Devendra Singh—noted that in Q2 FY27, the company demonstrated steady growth. The quarterly Gross Transaction Value (GTV) reached 5,304 crore rupees, which is 22 percent higher than the previous year, and operating revenue amounted to 321 crore rupees, which is 13 percent more. They also emphasized that Profit After Tax (PAT) reached an all-time high thanks to the partial sale of a stake in Freshbus.
These executives added that the company intends to continue investing in the hotel and artificial intelligence sectors as key drivers of its long-term development.
