Triumph confirms the launch of four new motorcycles for 2027

Triumph announced a schedule of four launches planned by December 2026, all intended for the 2027 product line. In addition to the full presentation of the Bonneville T40 and the T40 Black, the British manufacturer released preliminary videos and images of the upcoming Tiger 1200, Street Triple 798, and Tiger 900. However, the company provided more dates than technical specifications for the remaining three models, which were presented only in teasers.

The established launch pace is one model per month. The Tiger 1200 will be revealed on October 27, followed by the Street Triple 798 on November 17, and finally the Tiger 900 on December 15. The first two motorcycles will be displayed at both the Milan Motor Show (EICMA) and Motorcycle Live, the national British motorcycle fair.

Nick Bell, Triumph's marketing director, stated that there will be four significant launches in the next three months, starting with the new Bonneville T40. The Bonneville T40 uses the traditional name for the brand's 400cc family and features a TR series single-cylinder engine.

According to the new announcement, the motorcycle and its T40 Black variant will be available globally in late spring 2027 in the Northern Hemisphere. The next to be launched is the big trail, the Tiger 1200, on October 27. The images suggest a distinct design from the current model, and Triumph guaranteed that its 1,200cc three-cylinder engine has been modernized to offer greater performance and finish.

The manufacturer also promised to incorporate more rider assistance technologies and stated that the bike will feature the most advanced suspension system ever used on a Triumph. The technical details proving this claim will be disclosed during the official presentation.

The Street Triple 798 will be an entirely new model, utilizing a 798cc engine specifically developed for the 2027 Moto2 World Championship. Triumph has acted as the exclusive supplier of these engines since 2019, equipping teams with the 765cc three-cylinder engine derived from the current Street Triple RS.

The brand only indicated that the new version will have an even stronger focus on performance compared to its predecessors. Details on power, torque, and equipment will be revealed on November 17. Finally, the Tiger 900, scheduled for December 15, will be a mid-sized trail bike that will receive a more powerful and refined engine, a revised chassis, more electronic features, and a new generation of standard connectivity.

Triumph did not specify whether or when these four models will arrive in Brazil. The company has a local subsidiary and a CKD assembly unit based on imported kits, a structure replicated only in India. Despite this, there are high expectations that the new models will reach Brazil in late 2027 or, at the latest, mid-2028, given that the brand already sells such motorcycles in the country.

Royal Enfield raises prices for Classic 350 model before holiday season

Before the start of the holiday season, Royal Enfield announced a price increase for its popular Classic 350 model. The company updated the cost of all nine color variants of the motorcycle, which came as a surprise to potential buyers.

Following this price hike, customers will have to pay an additional 1000 to 2000 rupees depending on the chosen variant. The starting price of the motorcycle is now 1.89 lakh rupees.

The base version of the Classic 350 in Redich Red now costs 1.89 lakh rupees (excluding taxes). The Madras Red model is priced at 1.96 lakh rupees, and the Medallion Bronze variant is 2.01 lakh rupees. Furthermore, models in Commando Sand and Gorakha Green start from 2.12 lakh rupees.

Prices for the Gun Grey and Stealth Black variants reached 2.21 lakh rupees. The Signature White model, recently introduced with the top-spec Emerald, now costs 2.26 lakh rupees. It should be noted that all listed prices are exclusive of taxes.

Despite the price increase, Royal Enfield has made no changes to the engine or mechanical structure of the Classic 350. The motorcycle is still equipped with a 349 cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine, which generates 20.2 hp and 27 Nm of torque. This engine is connected to a five-speed gearbox.

Earlier in August, the company released the Gorakha Edition Classic 350, which started at a price of 2.11 lakh rupees; its cost has now risen to 2.12 lakh rupees. Similarly, the price of the Signature White increased by 2000 rupees, matching the price of the Emerald variant.

At the beginning of this year, Royal Enfield updated the Classic 350 by including a USB Type-C charging port along with an assistant and slipper clutch in all variants with dual-channel ABS. However, the base Redich Red model with single-channel ABS still uses the standard clutch and the old charging port.

Overall, the new prices have made the Classic 350 slightly more expensive, but the main mechanical components, including the engine and transmission, remain unchanged.
