President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev met with Sayyid Ayman Al Busaidi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Omani company Voltamp Energy. The company representative's visit took place in Uzbekistan to attend the first meeting of the Investor Council in the fuel and energy sector.
During the negotiations, the parties discussed opportunities to expand mutually beneficial cooperation. Special attention was paid to plans for building solar power plants and establishing high-voltage transformer production.
As a result of the meetings, an agreement was reached to implement current and new projects with the participation of Voltamp Energy, which will be carried out according to the approved roadmap.
