AI execution company RapidCanvas raises $29 million in Series B round

RapidCanvas, a company specializing in AI task execution, has successfully raised $29 million in a Series B funding round. Vertex Ventures SEA & India led this round. Hitachi Ventures and other investors, including Accel, Peak XV Partners, Valley Capital Partners, and Titanium Ventures, also participated in the round.

The total amount of funding raised by the startup now reaches $52.5 million. The funds from the Series B round will be used to expand market-entry teams, as well as to increase the network of private equity partners and consultants. These partners assist in implementing managed AI execution within their portfolio companies and for clients.

Furthermore, the company plans to grow its team of AI engineers in India, the USA, and Brazil. RapidCanvas intends to invest in the development of three of its products: deepening the functionality of the Enterprise Context Engine, expanding the Visual Development Canvas skills library, and strengthening the governance mechanisms in Operational Harness.

RapidCanvas combines its AI platform with field AI engineers to create customized AI solutions. These engineers study each client's business processes, develop and build custom AI applications, and remain responsible for achieving the results of these applications after deployment.

The RapidCanvas platform includes three core products. The Enterprise Context Engine allows an enterprise to record how a business process functions, covering requirements, accumulated knowledge, and data schemas, while the context remains the property of the enterprise. The Visual Development Canvas enables engineers to quickly create unique, industry-standard AI solutions using a skills library that gives new solutions a 60% advantage through proven code. Operational Harness manages and controls AI solutions after they are deployed in a live environment.

RapidCanvas offers its Hybrid subscription approach, which changes the economic model of enterprise AI. As of 2026, over 75 enterprises in the manufacturing, financial services, retail, business services, and infrastructure sectors have used RapidCanvas-based applications to make 1.4 million AI-driven decisions.

As reported by the company in a press release, more than 40% of RapidCanvas's clients currently use multiple AI application scenarios in production environments. Rahul Pangam, co-founder and CEO of RapidCanvas, stated: 'AI can be a great equalizer, but so far the most significant successes have gone to companies on the Fortune 100 list. We want to provide equal opportunities to every company.' He added that 'Vibe coding simplified getting started with AI. However, reliable and secure implementation of AI in production remains the biggest challenge. Our growth over the last six quarters proves that enterprise AI is moving beyond pilot projects and into real operation.'

RapidCanvas serves an underserved market: enterprises with revenues between $100 million and $10 billion that have AI budgets and mandates from top management but lack a proven path to results. In conversations with over 400 business leaders, RapidCanvas found that most top managers expect a return on investment in AI within six to twelve months, yet very few have been able to move beyond pilot projects and concepts.
