Anorbank published financial reports for the first nine months of 2026 amid rumors about a shareholder

Anorbank has disclosed its financial results for the first nine months of 2026 and announced intentions to increase its capital, which occurred against the backdrop of reports concerning one of its shareholders who is wanted.

By the end of the reporting period, the bank's assets increased to 20.32 trillion soums. Furthermore, on October 5, shareholders decided to approve an additional share issuance of 100 billion soums to attract additional investments.

The beginning of the reporting period saw Anorbank's assets at 18.74 trillion soums. During this period, the loan portfolio reached 13.08 trillion soums, and customer deposits amounted to 15.23 trillion soums; the bank's equity was valued at 1.51 trillion soums.

This additional share issuance is intended to secure fresh investments and promote capital growth. The bank is currently completing all required legal and corporate procedures for placing these shares.

Concurrently, Anorbank is actively expanding its range of digital services. In the mobile application, clients can use currency exchange via AnorEx, make international transfers through Astrasend, apply for bank cards, and open deposits. A new deposit program, the Murabbiy deposit, specifically designed for educators, was also introduced.

The bank states that its strategic direction is focused on ensuring long-term growth, continuous improvement of banking products, and enhancing customer service levels. As of October 15, the official Interpol website did not contain information regarding the shareholder's wanted status.
