The Casa KatNap / Nutum Studio is situated on the coast of Sisal, an area that historically functioned as a fishing and trade port, and which is bathed by the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. In the middle of the sand, there is a modest dwelling that presents itself as a modern shelter, integrating into the delicate landscape of the Yucatán dune.
To reach the house, it is necessary to follow a narrow trail that crosses the abundant native vegetation. The project does not have a garden; direct access is made via the beach.
