Suki Raises $90 Million to Expand Medical AI Platform

Suki has successfully raised $90 million in Series E funding. These funds are intended to accelerate the company's growth and expand its artificial intelligence platform in healthcare. New investors joined this round, including Healthier Capital, Crosslink Capital, and Hercules Capital, alongside existing institutional investors.

Suki's investor base also includes Venrock, Flare Capital Partners, Hedosophia, Philips Ventures, and Zoom Ventures. The company plans to direct the investment towards AI development, commercial growth, and strengthening its partner ecosystem. Initially, Suki focused on real-time intelligent analysis of clinical data and medical documentation automation.

Over time, the company expanded its scope to include clinical reasoning, revenue cycle management, and integration into daily workflows. Suki's broader goal is to unify intelligent systems across various medical institutions. Currently, its clinician-focused application serves over 450 healthcare organizations.

More than 30 technology partners integrate Suki's AI into their platforms. These partnerships help embed Suki's capabilities into tools already used by healthcare teams. Furthermore, Suki aims to deepen existing integrations rather than simply increasing the number of partners.

The Suki platform is not just designed for recording patient conversations. Its tools can generate clinical notes, suggest billing codes, support order entry, and summarize patient information. Recently, the company introduced the Ask feature, which utilizes Wolters Kluwer's expert AI, UpToDate, to provide clinicians with clinical knowledge within their workflows, based on verified medical data and relevant patient information.

Additionally, Suki intends to develop AI agents that will perform tasks after patient visits. Such tasks may include referral coordination and prior authorization management for medications. The company plans to leverage data from its current tools to support these activities.

Suki's latest funding followed significant growth in adoption and commercial efficiency. The number of patient encounters supported by the company's technology increased by over 190% year-over-year in 2026. Revenue doubled in 2025 and shows a trend toward similar growth in 2026. Revenue from Suki's business partners has also grown more than tenfold in the last two years, and the company currently collaborates with over 30 technology partners whose platforms integrate Suki's AI into existing clinical and telemedicine workflows.

Healthier Capital partner Aman Mahajan will join Suki's board of directors. He brings experience in clinical medicine, health technology, and healthcare system leadership. His previous roles included positions at UPMC and UCLA Health. This strategy may facilitate the adoption of more Suki capabilities into platforms already utilized by medical organizations.

Suki plans to use the new capital to enhance its AI technologies, integrations, and commercial structure. Expansion of functionality available through the partner network is also planned. This strategy aims to connect clinical, financial, and operational workflows. Founder and CEO Punith Soni believes that healthcare requires more than disparate AI tools; he sees an opportunity to create an intelligent operating system for healthcare that helps clinicians and organizations complete work throughout the entire treatment journey.

Suki also highlights the financial value of its technologies. According to KLAS-validated results, the average monthly financial impact exceeds $2,600 per provider. The company asserts that this leads to reduced documentation time and decreased off-site working hours.
