The National Agency for Advanced Projects of Uzbekistan (NAPP) has officially registered APEX BANK JSC as a participant in a special legal regime known as the Capital Market Regulatory Sandbox.
Under this regime, the bank intends to act as an issuer of foreign currency-denominated bonds. The issuance, placement, circulation, and redemption of these bonds will be carried out in accordance with regulations governing such operations within the special legal regime of the Capital Market Regulatory Sandbox, which was registered under number 3826 on April 29, 2026.
This registration was announced on October 13, 2026.
