Ford Pro, Ford's commercial vehicle division, has implemented a benefit that includes the first two services free of charge for the entire Transit line, which also covers the electric E-Transit variant. This advantage was activated on October 1st and provides savings of up to R$ 4,590 for the diesel Transit, while the E-Transit benefits from savings of R$ 1,960, as announced by the manufacturer.
The reduced value applicable to the electric version is due to the simpler maintenance of this type of vehicle, as it does not require procedures such as engine oil changes.
It is mandatory that these services are performed at authorized Ford dealerships, respecting the established time and mileage intervals for each model, and must be carried out by qualified technicians using original parts. This benefit is tied to the chassis and remains valid even if the vehicle is transferred to a new owner.
For the diesel Transit, services are scheduled every 20,000 km or every 12 months, information provided by Ford during the launch of the 2026 line, which occurred in February 2025. In practice, the two free services cover a period of up to 40,000 km or the first two years of use, coinciding with the initial warranty period of the model, which has no mileage limit.
Ivan Nakano, Commercial Manager of Ford Pro, highlighted that vehicle availability is crucial for professional customers, and this initiative aims to strengthen the relevance of planned maintenance. For Ford, organizing services facilitates adjusting stops according to company routines, aiding in fleet operation continuity.
After completing the two free services, customers have the option to subscribe to the Ford Protect N3XT prepaid packages. These packages include three services and keep the service price fixed. The package covering the third to fifth service costs R$ 6,990 for the diesel Transit 2.0, equivalent to R$ 2,330 per service, and R$ 3,320 for the E-Transit.
Currently, the Transit line features 22 distinct models, offering chassis, van, minibus, and electric options, totaling over 60 configurations to meet various commercial needs. At the time of the 2026 line launch, the Transit Chassis had an initial price of R$ 282,900.
