US Suspends Microsoft and Indian IT Companies' Green Card Program Participation; TCS Profit Rises by 15%

The United States government has suspended the acceptance of new applications for permanent residency for foreign workers in companies such as Microsoft, Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, and HCLTech, citing abuses throughout the process.

Specifically, US Vice President J. D. Vance stated that the message to Microsoft is: 'You are a great American company, but you must hire great American workers.'
