The Amazon Great Indian Festival 2026 sale has begun, and the budget range of ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 is of significant interest to those planning to purchase a new smartphone during this festive season. Currently, there is a shortage of models in this price segment, which is attributed to the influence of artificial intelligence (AI). However, during the sale, these devices can be acquired at lower prices.
In this price range, not only 5G-enabled phones are available, but also models equipped with AMOLED displays, 144Hz refresh rates, large batteries, cameras with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), and powerful processors. Amazon also offers various bonuses, such as bank discounts, exchange programs, and No-Cost EMI options.
However, during the sale, users are faced with a large number of devices, each advertised with a substantial discount. This makes it difficult to determine which model is truly a good buy, or which one to focus on based solely on the discount size.
Experts have selected several models in the ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 budget that demonstrate a good balance between price and functionality.
If your budget is close to ₹30,000 and you require performance, a quality display, and a battery, the iQOO Z11 5G is an attractive option in this sale. On Amazon, its version with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is offered at ₹29,999. With additional promotions and bank discounts, its actual cost may decrease.
This phone is equipped with a curved AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, a Dimensity 7500 Turbo processor, and a 7050 mAh battery. The camera features a 50MP Sony sensor with OIS. Thus, if gaming, display smoothness, and battery life are priorities, this model represents a strong package for ₹30,000.
OnePlus Nord CE6 Lite as a large battery option
For those who do not want to spend around ₹30,000 but prefer to spend around ₹27,000, the OnePlus Nord CE6 Lite is worth considering. During the Amazon Great Indian Festival, the model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is available for ₹27,499. It is equipped with a 7000 mAh battery, 45W SUPERVOOC charging, and a 144Hz display. The phone uses the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Apex chip, and the main 50-megapixel module is capable of recording 4K video.
This device can be a sensible choice for users who value the OnePlus brand, large battery capacity, and a fast display, but are unwilling to exceed the ₹30,000 threshold.
Redmi Note 15 5G for camera lovers
The Redmi Note 15 5G version with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage has a festival price on Amazon of around ₹27,249. It includes a main 108MP module with OIS and a curved AMOLED display.
Redmi 17 5G: large battery around 24 thousand
In the budget of around ₹24,000, the Redmi 17 5G presents an interesting option. The model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage is available on Amazon for approximately ₹23,999. This phone is equipped with a massive 7900 mAh battery and a 50MP camera with OIS.
iQOO Z11X 5G: focus on performance up to 25 thousand
If your priority is speed and gaming rather than the camera, you can consider the iQOO Z11X 5G. In the list of Amazon's festival offers, its model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage is listed at ₹24,999. It is powered by the Dimensity 7400 Turbo processor.
Samsung Galaxy A56 5G becomes more affordable
If you prefer Samsung devices over OnePlus, iQOO, or Redmi, the Galaxy A56 5G is also featured in this sale. According to official Amazon information, the price for the Galaxy A56 5G reached ₹31,999. Although this is slightly above the set budget of ₹30,000, the effective price could approach this range with bank discounts or other offers.
The phone is equipped with a main 50MP module with OIS, a 12MP ultrawide lens, a 5MP macro module, and a 5000mAh battery. The Samsung 4nm processor and Knox security feature make it an alternative choice. If you like Samsung software, the camera system, and long usage time, purchasing the A56 5G, despite the slight overspend, might be justified.
OnePlus Nord CE6: if you can increase the budget
If it is acceptable to slightly increase the limit to ₹30,000, the OnePlus Nord CE6 is worth looking into. On the website, its model with 8GB + 128GB is sold for ₹33,999. It features an 8000mAh battery, 80W charging, and a 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate.
Even if your budget is around ₹20,000, the selection within the Amazon sale remains wide. In the current Amazon catalog, the iQOO Z11 Lite 5G is priced at around ₹15,499, offering a 6500mAh battery and 44W fast charging. Additionally, the Redmi 15C 5G Prime costs ₹15,999, and the Lava Bold N4 Pro 5G is available for ₹13,999.
Do not buy based only on the discount
When participating in the Amazon Great Indian Festival sale, it is important to understand that the visible discount does not always mean you are saving the stated amount. The price of some phones already includes bank offers or coupons. Amazon also reports the possibility of receiving a 10% instant discount when using SBI credit and debit cards, as well as additional benefits for Prime members, cashback on Amazon Pay ICICI card, and exchange offers.
