The veteran actor Nana Patekar passed away today at 5:20 AM after suffering a severe heart attack at his home. Despite 45 minutes of continuous cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), life could not be restored.
A medico-legal case (MLC) has been initiated regarding this incident, and an autopsy will be performed. Dr. Shekhar Salkar, head of the oncology department at Manipal Hospital, provided this information.
