According to the data, the highest value for the products needed to prepare palov was recorded in Tashkent city at 132,625 UZS. In other words, the lowest indicator was in the Karakalpakstan Republic, where this value amounted to 111,955 UZS.
To determine the palov cost, the average prices of products such as sunflower oil, onions, meat, vegetables, laser rice, chickpeas, cumin, and salt were taken into account. The committee noted that the figures provided do not indicate the price of ready-made palov sold in the regions, but rather express the calculated average cost of the raw materials needed to prepare it.
A major infrastructure project is being implemented in Karakalpakstan to develop the digital economy. In accordance with the President's instructions, a technopark will be created in the Nukus region, which will include data centers with a combined capacity of 1 GW.
