Study shows anomalous interest of human-raised male cheetahs in human voice

Scientists working in Germany, Namibia, France, and South Africa conducted a study that revealed an unusual reaction in human-reared male cheetahs.

It was found that male cheetahs who were orphaned within the first two months of their lives and raised by humans demonstrate a stronger reaction to the human voice compared to those whose orphaning occurred later.

Furthermore, the study established that female cheetahs orphaned at an early age show less interest in the sounds of their relatives than females orphaned later.

The results of this scientific investigation were officially published in the journal Animal Cognition.
