Delegations from Russia visited the Quva Agro Star agro-industrial complex in Uzbekistan

Delegations from Russian regions, who arrived in the Fergana region to participate in the third meeting of the Council of Regions of Uzbekistan and Russia, visited the Quva Agro Star agro-industrial complex located in the Kuva district.

This enterprise operates based on an integrated system that combines the cultivation of agricultural products with their subsequent storage, sorting, processing, packaging, and export to international markets.

The complex covers an area of 3.5 hectares. Its production capacity is capable of growing and preparing up to 5000 tons of products annually across 12 different types. The facility includes an in vitro laboratory and a nursery that can produce over one million seedlings per year.

Foreign technologies and accumulated international experience are used in production. Additionally, an Agro-Industrial School operates on the complex's territory, providing training in modern horticultural technologies to farmers and local residents.

The facility is also equipped with a cold storage warehouse designed to store up to 3500 tons of products. The enterprise has installed lines for sorting, packaging, and IQF shock freezing. Equipment using technologies from Italy and Spain allows fruits and vegetables to be prepared according to the requirements of export markets.

Quva Agro Star products are exported to Japan and the United Kingdom. In 2025, the enterprise organized its first exports to Japan and South Korea using charter flights. Currently, more than 80 employees work at the enterprise.
