In a post on his social media platform Truth Social, Donald Trump stated that rising gasoline prices are no longer a consequence of the situation in the Strait of Hormuz.
Instead, Trump asserted that the actual reasons for the sharp increase in fuel prices are the explosions at Russian oil refineries and the closure of American refineries in some states.
