The use of specialized machinery has commenced on a tourist street in the Mirzo-Ulubek district of Tashkent, Uzbekistan. These machines are designed to clean and wash road surfaces, as well as bicycle paths and pedestrian zones. Additionally, the equipment is capable of spraying water.
According to information provided by the district hokimiyat, this equipment will be utilized to ensure cleanliness across all types of surfaces: automotive roads, bicycle paths, and sidewalks. The authorities express hope that the introduction of this specialized equipment will help maintain the territory in accordance with necessary sanitary standards.
Previously, a test section of 2.4 kilometers was launched in the city of Tashkent, on Lutfi Street, which is designated specifically for bicycles, electric scooters, and other forms of micro-mobility.
