Company A7 denies allegations of cooperation with Iran or terrorist organizations

Financial provider Company A7 has categorically rejected recent accusations from the US government, stating that claims of assisting sanctioned entities, including the Iranian government and terrorist organizations, are 'outright lies and slander.'

These statements came after the US Department of the Treasury announced new measures against A7 Network on October 1, 2026, accusing the company of helping Iran and Hamas-affiliated structures circumvent sanctions.

Network Resilience

Despite the imposed restrictions, Company A7 emphasized that the new measures will not affect its daily operations. On the contrary, the firm presented the US sanctions as confirmation of the effectiveness of the financial architecture it has been building in recent years.

According to the company, an independent international payment network was developed, allowing businesses to conduct cross-border transactions efficiently, regardless of the current geopolitical situation. Company A7 viewed the increased attention from Washington as direct evidence of this network's success.

The company stated: 'The fact of such attention confirms the effectiveness of the alternative to the global financial system that we have built over several years,' adding that the sanctions against it are 'a clear acknowledgment of this effectiveness.'

Compliance and Operations

Confirming its official denial, Company A7 insists that it has never served structures related to terrorist groups nor conducted transactions on behalf of Iran.

The company highlighted its multi-layered compliance system, noting that all clients undergo thorough vetting designed to identify risks and prevent the use of financial services by individuals or organizations that violate legal norms.

Company A7 also reported that its primary task is to ensure uninterrupted payment services for the Russian market amid international restrictive measures. In addition to internal activities, the firm continues to facilitate legitimate import and export operations of consumer goods and raw materials in third countries that are not under sanctions.
