Admiral Dus Santos reappointed to the presidency of Fecomércio-RR for the third time

The Federation of Commerce of Goods, Services and Tourism (Fecomércio) decided to reappoint Ademir dos Santos to the position of president for the third time. The inauguration ceremony took place this Friday, the 2nd, in the city of Boa Vista.

The elected board will assume its mandate for a four-year period, covering the 2026-2030 biennium. In addition to the Federation's activities, this group will be responsible for managing the operations of the Social Service of Commerce (Sesc), the National Service for Commercial Learning (Senac), and the Fecomércio Institute.

Ademir dos Santos began his management at Fecomércio in Roraima in 2016, succeeding the then-president Airton Dias. Subsequently, he was elected in 2018, reelected in 2022, and again in 2026.

In total, the Federation has 32 directors. With this election, six renewals were made in the positions of board alternates. President Ademir expressed his intention to continue the work focused on the development of the commercial sector.

He declared that until 2030 there will be much work dedicated to defending the business community of commerce and free enterprise, aiming to create an increasingly free business environment. According to him, this will allow all segments to be respected and work on what is most beneficial for the entrepreneur, which in turn will benefit the population through job and income generation.

Joel Cristian Gomes, executive director of Rede Amazônica in Roraima, highlighted the importance of collaboration between entities. He explained that Rede Amazônica has platforms that function as advertising platforms, and its role is to foster the economy, allowing merchants to use the network's commercial breaks and internet creatives to boost their sales.
