If you want to achieve a rosy glow comparable to a salon without subjecting your skin to negative effects, an ideal solution may be a mixture of chickpea flour (besan), beetroot juice or raw milk, which you can find in your kitchen.
Chickpea flour helps deeply cleanse the skin by removing dead cells and tan marks, while beetroot imparts a natural pink hue and nutrients to the skin. Below is the simplest and most effective way to prepare and use this mask.
The following ingredients are needed for preparation: 2 tablespoons of chickpea flour, 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed beetroot juice (for a rosy glow) or 2 tablespoons of raw milk, 1 tablespoon of yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon of honey, and a pinch of saffron (optional).
First, place 2 tablespoons of chickpea flour in a clean bowl. Add the beetroot juice (or raw milk), yogurt, honey, and a pinch of saffron. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until a smooth and thick paste is formed.
Before applying the mask, wash your face with regular water or a mild cleanser, and then pat it dry with a towel to remove dust and dirt from the skin.
Using a brush or fingers, evenly distribute this mask over the entire face and neck, avoiding the delicate area around the eyes.
After application, gently massage the face in circular motions for 2-3 minutes. This promotes blood circulation, and chickpea flour helps remove dead skin.
Leave the mask on the face for 15-20 minutes, until it is slightly dry (it is important not to let it dry out too much). Then, moisten the mask with light warm or clean sprays of water and gently rinse it off while massaging.
It is recommended to use this homemade mask twice a week. After the first application, a noticeable lightening of the tan occurs, and the skin begins to acquire a natural pink radiance.
