Ster-Kinekor has announced the opening of ticket sales for two major cinematic projects of the year: 'Avengers: Doomsday' from Marvel Studios and 'Dune: Part Three' from Denis Villeneuve.

'Dune: Part Three' will be released in IMAX theaters on December 18, 2026, to conclude the epic science fiction trilogy. Director Denis Villeneuve stated that the film was 'conceived, designed, and shot' specifically for the immersive experience in IMAX, making it an ideal way to see his vision.
For the first time in this trilogy, Villeneuve and Oscar-winning cinematographer Linus Sandgren filmed parts of the movie using IMAX film cameras—the highest resolution cameras in the world. Ticket sales for the exclusive IMAX Fan F1rst premieres start on December 15, giving dedicated fans the first opportunity to see this cinematic triumph.
Tickets are also available for 'Avengers: Doomsday', which is set for release on December 16, 2026. In this monumental blockbuster, heroes from different universes—the Avengers, Wakandans, New Avengers, Fantastic Four, and X-Men—unite to confront the threat of Doctor Doom amidst a complete multiverse collapse capable of destroying everything they know.
Tickets for both films are available on the website www.sterkinekor.com or through the Ster-Kinekor application. Viewers are advised to book seats in advance to enjoy these innovative films on the largest screens possible.
