Ukraine offers European countries to use its experience for testing artificial intelligence technologies. According to the Minister of Digital Transformation, Oksana Ferchuk, the experience gained in wartime conditions may prove valuable for the entire continent in the areas of electronic public services, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure.
