Checkers has resumed the release of collectible items with the launch of Stickables—a collection of 50 unique and colorful stickers depicting some of South Africa's most recognizable brands.
The set includes images of various products and characters such as Duracell Bunny, Oros, Bar-One, Ricoffy, Sunshine D, Black Cat Peanut Butter, OMO, and Huggies. Additionally, the collection features a miniature Sixty60 delivery bicycle.
Exclusively for Xtra Savings program members, shoppers will receive one sticker for every R200 spent when using their loyalty card, up to a limit of 10 stickers per customer per transaction. Collectors can gather all 50 stickers, which also include a limited number of rare gold stickers.
Those who find a gold sticker can scan its QR code to enter a draw for one million Rand. The winner will be selected randomly, and Xtra Savings Plus participants will receive double the number of entries.
A Stickables sticker book is also available in turquoise, orange, and pink colors for R99.99. This book allows collectors to store their stickers and track missing items.
Duplicates can be exchanged: Checkers organizes Swop Days on October 3rd, 17th, and 31st. These events provide collectors with an opportunity to trade stickers, compare their collections, and work towards completing albums.
The Checkers Stickables promotion will run from September 21 to November 8, 2026, subject to the terms and conditions.
