In the final match in the Men's -81 kg category, Ahmadzadeh lost to Uzbek athlete Akhror Ziyodullaev with a score of 3:0.
Two bronze medals were awarded to Adilet Akhmetgali from Kazakhstan and Ken Oyoshi from Japan.
The Kurash competitions at the 2026 Asian Games are being held from September 27 to 29 at Aichi Budokan.

On Thursday, Arman Hodaei achieved a historic silver medal in the men's equestrian element final in rhythmic gymnastics. Gold in this discipline was won by Utkirbek Jurayev from Uzbekistan with a score of 14.733, and bronze was taken by Daiki Hashimoto from Japan with a score of 14.500.

The Uzbek athlete, who specializes in karate, competed in the under 67 kg weight category. In the final stage of the competition, Rashidov fought against Yugo Kozaki, representing the host country, and managed to emerge victorious.
