Sarlaben is an artificial intelligence-based assistant developed for dairy farmers. It is designed to consolidate various aspects of a farmer's work, such as breeding, health, nutrition, milk quality, and payments, which were previously provided as separate services.
Sarlaben integrates knowledge about dairy farming from Amul with data on farmers and their livestock. This allows the system to provide personalized recommendations that are understandable and applicable to users.
The system is created to support 3.6 million Amul farmers living in over 18,000 villages. Thanks to Sarlaben, access to knowledge in the field of dairy farming becomes broader, achieved through individual consultations.
The development of Sarlaben is carried out in partnership with the Gates Foundation India.
