New applications for voter registration using Form 6 in regions where a special intensive review (SIR) is not currently taking place no longer require attaching a declaration linking the applicant or their relatives to the voter lists after the last SIR.
The Election Commission explained on Saturday the continued necessity for new voters to submit this declaration along with Form 6 within the scope of SIR, noting that the Supreme Court approved the declaration attached to Form 6 for SIR.
