A major scandal erupted during the promotional event for the film 'Ramayana' featuring Ranbir Kapoor in Mumbai when media representatives boycotted the event after waiting for four hours. The press conference, scheduled for 13:30, started more than two hours late, and the lack of official communication about this caused significant dissatisfaction among journalists.

Later, the reason for the delay was cited as a missed private flight by international YouTuber MrBeast. The situation escalated due to the irresponsible behavior of the PR team and an alleged statement from Ranbir Kapoor, which led to the hour-long press session having to conclude in just ten minutes, preventing any announcements about the film.

The event was supposed to start at 13:30, but organizers failed to provide updates for over two hours. In an atmosphere of uncertainty, journalists constantly demanded information. It turned out that because the private flight of the international content creator MrBeast was missed, they could not arrive on time, disrupting the entire schedule.

When journalists began questioning the disarray, the PR team allegedly stated, instead of apologizing, that those who could not wait were free to leave.

Following this stance from the PR team, dissatisfaction among the media increased. When it became known that journalists were planning to leave the event, actor Ranbir Kapoor allegedly said, 'If you want to leave, then leave.' Most journalists, offended by such harsh behavior, refused to participate in the event.

As a result, the one-hour press conference was hastily concluded in only ten minutes. Throughout the incident, neither the film crew nor the event organizers offered official apologies for the conduct.

In the short ten minutes spent on stage, Ranbir Kapoor symbolically raised the Shiva Dhanush and prayed. After this, he briefly spoke with the delayed MrBeast. Producer Namit Malhotra, director Nitish Tiwari, actress Sai Pallavi, and actor Ravi Dubey were also present at this brief session, although no major statements were made.

Meanwhile, late at night, the creators released two new posters related to the film. One depicts Yasha in the guise of Ravana, and the other shows Rama, Lakshmana, and Sita heading into exile.

This cinematic project, based on the epic Mahabharata, features Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama and Sai Pallavi as Mother Sita. Kannada superstar Yash will play the powerful role of Ravana. Other key actors include Sunny Deol as Lord Hanuman, Ravi Dubey as Lakshmana, Lara Datta as Kaikeyi, Rakul Preet Singh as Shurpanakha, Kajal Aggarwal as Mandodari, and Arun Govil as King Dasharatha.

This grand film, which will be created in two parts, is produced jointly by Prime Focus Studios and Monster Mind Creations. The first part of the film will be released in theaters during Diwali 2026, and the second part will appear in cinemas in 2027.

Asghar Farhadi's latest film, 'Parallel Stories,' has won the Best Screenplay award at the XIII Silk Road International Film Festival, which was held in China.

At the festival's closing ceremony on September 23rd in Xi'an, the film's victory was announced, according to the ISNA agency. 'Parallel Stories' was co-written by Asghar Farhadi and his brother Said Farhadi.

The world premiere of the film took place at the 79th Cannes Film Festival, where it was warmly received by audiences who gave it a seven-minute ovation. This new film, created by the two-time Oscar winner, was shot in Paris in the autumn of 2025 and premiered in French cinemas concurrently with its showing in Cannes.

The cast includes Isabelle Huppert, Virginie Efira, Ekaterina Denev, Vincent Cassel, Pierre Ninney, and Adam Besse. The drama, set in Paris, is inspired by an episode from Krzysztof Kieślowski's television series 'Decalogue.' In this story, Huppert plays a reclusive writer who constantly observes her neighbors (Cassel, Efira, and Ninney) across the street, inventing fictional narratives around them. The line between truth and fiction blurs when a young homeless assistant (Besse) brings these stories into the real world.

'Parallel Stories' is Farhadi's second French-language film after 'A Separation' with Bérénice Bejo, which won Best Actress at Cannes in 2013. The film is a co-production of France, Italy, and Belgium, and is produced by long-time partner Alexandre Mallé-Guy alongside Farhadi and David Levine.

This marks the fifth collaboration between Farhadi and Memento Production following films such as 'A Separation,' the Oscar-winning 'The Salesman,' 'All We See,' and 'The Hero.' Farhadi, one of Iran's most renowned filmmakers known for his profound explorations of social issues, is 54 years old.

He won the Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film in 2012 for 'Separation' (which was also nominated for Best Original Screenplay) and again in 2017 for 'The Salesman.' His works 'A Separation,' 'The Salesman,' 'All We See,' and 'The Hero' have all participated in the Cannes Film Festival competition four times. 'The Salesman' won awards for Best Screenplay and Best Actor in 2016, while 'The Hero' won the Grand Prix in 2021.

'All We See,' Farhadi's debut in Spanish with Penélope Cruz and Javier Bardem, was screened and competed at Cannes in 2018. Farhadi has also participated twice in the Berlin Film Festival, where he received the Silver Bear for Best Director for 'O Elly' in 2009, and the Golden Bear for 'Separation' in 2011.

The XIII Silk Road International Film Festival opened on September 19th in Xi'an under the theme 'The Silk Road Connects the World, Light and Shadow Shine Over Chang'an.' The festival received 2130 applications from 139 countries and regions, and 23 works made it to the shortlist for the 'Golden Silk Road' Awards. The festival also hosted a series of events dedicated to international co-production, industrial cooperation, micro-dramas, and virtual reality films.

The Silk Road International Film Festival (SRIFF) was established by the Administration of Press, Publications, Radio, Cinema, and Television in 2014 to comprehensively implement China's national 'Belt and Road' strategy. The author, Sayyed Mohammed Mahdi Nasrallah, wrote this work, which was translated into Persian by Bushra Sahebi. The book presents the personal, family, and ethical aspects of the life of the martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, former Secretary-General of Hezbollah in Lebanon.

The Persian edition of the book was recently released by Amirkabir Publications in Tehran. The translation aimed to preserve the original tone and personal characteristics of the author, making the work accessible to Persian readers. The book was published on the second anniversary of Nasrallah's martyrdom and is considered the first official and personal work published by his family that reveals the image of this resistance figure through the lens of his son.

Originally written in Arabic under the title 'Dhikrayati ma‘a Abi,' the book focuses on Nasrallah's private life outside public and political attention, paying attention to his behavior and relationships within the family. The work is divided into two main parts: 'What I Heard from My Father,' based on memories, and 'What I Saw Accompanying Him,' which relies on the author's direct observations.

In 82 narratives, the book describes various aspects of Nasrallah's life, including his attachment to family members, care for raising children, as well as his role as a loving father and grandfather. The theme of his modest lifestyle, approach to reading, and close connection with books is also addressed.

A significant part of the memoirs is dedicated to how Nasrallah coped with difficulties and lived under conditions of complex security, offering readers a glimpse into his daily life, which received relatively little attention.

'Memories of My Father' is intended for readers interested in resistance literature, regional history, and contemporary history. It provides a family perspective on a prominent figure associated with Hezbollah in Lebanon and the broader regional resistance movement.

Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah became the Secretary-General of Hezbollah in 1992 after the assassination of his predecessor, Sayyed Abbas al-Musawi. He led the movement for more than three decades, a period that included the withdrawal of Israeli troops from South Lebanon in 2000 and the 2006 war between Hezbollah and Israel. Under his leadership, Hezbollah transformed into a major political and military force in Lebanon and took on a broader role in regional affairs.

Nasrallah was also widely known for his television appearances, where he addressed supporters and commented on major events in Lebanon and the wider region. Born and raised in Beirut, he came from a family with roots in Bazurieh in Southern Lebanon. Although his public life was closely monitored throughout the region, his private and family life largely remained out of sight.

Tragically, he died at the age of 64 during a series of intense Israeli airstrikes in South Beirut on September 27, 2024. The attack that claimed his life was carried out by Israeli fighters targeting the Hezbollah headquarters, resulting in the martyrdom of several high-ranking Hezbollah commanders and Iranian Revolutionary Guard Lieutenant General Abbas Nilfouroushan, who was present at the scene.

Under Nasrallah's leadership, whose name means 'victory through God,' Hezbollah transformed from a grassroots armed movement into the largest political party in recent Lebanese history. Known for his captivating speeches, Nasrallah attracted attention across West Asia and beyond, establishing himself as a significant figure in the Axis of Resistance, which includes Hezbollah, Palestinian groups Hamas and Islamic Jihad, the Houthis in Yemen, and various Iraqi militia groups.
