The women's national football team of Uzbekistan suffered a defeat against the Republic of Korea with a score of 6:3 in the Asian Games quarterfinal match.

The Republic of Korea opened the scoring in the first minute thanks to a goal by Choi Yu-ri. However, Diyora Khabibullayeva managed to equalize in the 11th minute, bringing the score to 1:1.
Choi Yu-ri once again took the lead in the 17th minute. Su Jeong-yun increased the Korean team's advantage in the 44th minute and scored another goal at the end of the first half, making the score 4:1.
In the second half, the Uzbek team managed to reduce the deficit. An own goal by Jang Seul-gi occurred in the 64th minute, and two minutes later Nilufar Kudratova scored the third goal for Uzbekistan, making the score 4:3.
Su Jeong-yun completed her hat-trick in the 74th minute, restoring the two-goal lead for the Republic of Korea. The final score of 6:3 was set after Kim Min-ji scored in added time.
Thus, the women's national team of Uzbekistan concluded its participation in the Asian Games in the quarterfinals.
